Karen Cunagin Sypher has been charged with extortion after she threatened University of Louisville basketball coach Rick Pitino to divulge their affair if he didn’t succumb to her demands.Karen Cunagin Sypher was asking for cash, cars and even a house just to remain silent about the sexual encounter.
